We are very excited to announce that James Blayney has recently joined A4 Plus to head up our Technical Recruitment department.

James Blayney joined A4 Plus last week and after settling in, we thought it was time to introduce him as our new Technical Recruitment Executive.
James has a wealth of recruitment experience and knowledge, starting his recruitment career back in 2012 as a temp whilst studying Business at the University of Lincoln. James quickly gained a permanent position after finishing his degree because he made a great impression on his employer and James fell in love with recruitment. During his time at his first recruitment agency, James gained 3 promotions and left to progress into a Senior Consultant. Due to his experience, James helped train new Recruiters and grow the Engineering desk into a success.
With experience in placing many permanent candidates and contractors, your recruitment needs are in safe hands with James because he is an expert in matching the right candidates to the right roles. James’ main placements have been in the Industrial, Engineering and Technical industries, providing a great customer experience with a personalised service. James shares the A4 Plus view of maintaining great client and candidate relationships.
We are excited to move the recruitment desk forward and expand our target market, reaching into other areas of Engineering with James’ knowledge and experience.
