Welcome, Lauren Jackson!

Lauren joined the Technical Recruitment team back in March.

This is Lauren’s first role in recruitment, and she is absolutely smashing it! In just over 2 months, Lauren has placed high calibre candidates with new and existing clients. Lauren placed her first role within 2 weeks of starting with us – beating James’ record and confirmation that she has found the right career path!

Lauren’s previous experience has been within the financial services sector, meaning her attention to detail and customer service skills are impeccable. She has already created great relationships with both candidates and clients, and she is very pro-active in her role.

Working alongside James, Lauren recruits for all technical roles across a variety of industries. Currently focusing on Architectural, Construction and Automotive, Lauren has been successful in creating new client relationships and attracting the right candidates for these industries. Lauren has picked the recruitment world up incredibly well and continues to learn more each day,
