This is a challenging, but exciting, opportunity in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a 360 role, so you will be in charge of the whole recruitment process from sales to candidate sourcing and successful placement. The role is demanding, diverse and involves:
Using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies, new and old
Working towards, and exceeding, targets
Managing opportunities from job advertising, candidate sourcing and interviewing stages.
This is a fixed-term position, starting as soon as possible, to cover maternity leave from August 2019; however, if you make the role your own, there’s a strong possibility of a permanent position to look forward to!
You will need to be comfortable sourcing and managing the entire recruitment process
Be an effective communicator
Confident with face to face client meetings, as some site visits might be necessary
Have experience within a recruitment role
Be motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market
Be target driven
Basic salary £25,000 pa (subject to experience)

This role can be either full-time (40 hours per week) or hours can be flexible to suit – we don’t mind as long as you’re excited by the challenge this role represents and you’re ready to get stuck in!
