Our client, based in Norfolk, specialise in the design and manufacture of processing equipment for the vegetable industry. Their major products include washing, grading, water cleaning, hydro cooling and handling equipment.
They are seeking to enhance their drawing office team with the addition of a Solidworks Design Engineer. With some involvement in other aspects of the company’s product, your key responsibility will be the 3D design of food processing equipment.
You will need to have a mechanical engineering design background and be fully conversant with the use of Solidworks.
The company operate a basic 39 hour week (plus overtime) with a lunchtime finish on a Friday. They are happy to offer a flexible start and finish time during the week.
The annual salary (excluding overtime) is a basic of £25,000+ (subject to experience) per annum, with overtime availability for increasing this basic. Salary is paid on an hourly rate basis.
