Working from offices in Armagh, Northern Ireland this contract involves reverse engineering of existing product (some drawings and manufacturing data exists), with the possibility of some involvement in new product development. Products are agricultural machinery, including items such as slurry handling solutions, silage and grain trailers, blockcutters, paddle feeders and specialist trailers, to rugged dump trailers, low loaders and flat trailers.
The company currently has no internal drawing resource, although the potential recruitment of a Design Engineer is in hand and ultimately therefore the contract will involve working alongside this permanent staff member.
You will need to be proficient in the use of solidworks and comfortable working alone.
Duration for this contract is ongoing until project completion, with a potential immediate start for the right person.
Rate will be between £20 - £25 per hour.
